High rope course in South Tyrol - a thrill between tree tops
In the Tauferer Ahrntal/Valli di Tures ed Aurina, amidst an age-old tree population, there is the newest and most modern high rope course in all of South Tyrol
Swinging from tree to tree is great fun. What Tarzan discovered at an early age has become a popular leisure time activity for old and young. Children and adults alike enjoy the fun and the thrill of it. Steinhaus/Cadipietra in the Ahrntal/Valle Aurina, facing the majestic mountains of the Zillertal Alps, now offers a unique, fantastic high rope course. The facility "Enzwaldile", which translates as 'small forest of the Ents', in Steinhaus/Cadipietra, is the newest and most modern of its kind in South Tyrol. Highly modern safety devices by Edelried guarantee your safety. These devices are conceptualised in a way to make sure that climbers are secured at all times. Whenever a karabiners is unhooked, another one automatically hooks in. The Enzwaldile offers more than 5 kilometres of ropes connecting 111 age-old spruces and larches in what looks like a gigantic and densely interweaved spider's web. 80 elements and platforms on nine main routes pose challenges at all levels. There are 18 aerial ropeways and zip-lines, there is a base jump, and twice a mountain stream needs to be crossed. Currently we are working on a mini flying fox course for children. No matter whether for children or adults, school classes, employees, managerial staff, or clients of companies, for clubs, associations or organisations - our high rope course Enzwaldile in the Ahrntal/Valle Aurina offers adventure and fun to everyone. At the same time, the programme is about borderline experiences, risk-taking, self-motivation, group dynamics, mutual support and understanding. The single courses can be taken independently or under guidance. They can be combined with near-ground team training activities, cooperative adventure games and interactive exercises.
